Directing Life, Filming Life –Introduction Exhibition of the Directors

The instructor of the course COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING OF ARTS, Yueh-Chyi Lin, first introduced the contents of the film and the movies of eastern and western, summed up the director and the theme for teaching, invited the deputy director of the Kaohsiung Film Museum Huang Hao-jie, to give a thematic speech at the World Film Festival & Kaohsiung Film Festival. This curatorial practice allows students to learn about film festivals and events around the world and to enhance the understanding of curatorial teaching effectiveness.

The instructor selected directors from Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Europe, and the United States, and invited students to give presentations to directors. Each of them was responsible for a director, to introduce their background information, works, and representative one of the works. The exhibition will be held at the Art Gallery of Department of Communication Arts at 8^th floor of the Zhishan Hall, to showcase and provide scholars and teachers to visit and learn about famous directors and masterpieces.
