2018 Yunnan Communication and Cultural of Creative Industry Research Camp

The college students of Communication Arts Department and graduate students of Creative Arts Industry participated in the Yunnan Communication and Cultural of Creative Industry Research Camp on July 16th~July 22 th,2018. This activity was led by the teachers of the Department of Communication Art to Kunming, Jianshui, Mengzi and other places in Yunnan Province, China. Conducting visits and study of media organizations and cultural & creative industries parks to provide overseas learning opportunities, expand students' cross-cultural perspectives and absorb overseas experience in professional fields, experience different learning environments , the local cultural development and local customs of Yunnan.

All the students arrived in Kunming on 16th and visited the M60 Wenchuang Base. Through the exchanges between the two sides of the cultural and creative industries, they enhanced the members' profound understanding of Cultural Creative Industry and been interviewed by the local media. They visited the History Museum of the Southwest Associated University on July 17th. During the Anti-Japanese War, most of the masters of Chinese academic circles gathered at the Southwestern Associated University. Through this visit, the students experienced the charm of history and culture.

In just a few days, they also visited Zhujia Garden, Yanzi Cave, Bicolor Village and many other popular attractions, and received local enthusiastic welcome form the Yi people to hold a bonfire party.Then they attended the Banquet held by provincial Taiwan Affairs Office onJuly21th, harvesting a fruitful return.
